The Eazio Update: Version 1.1 Release

Hey everyone! The Eazio development team has been doing some amazing work since we released Eazio Version 1. Eazio is an HRM (Human Resources Management) Platform. We’re simplifying the journey for great HR teams to gain access to a brilliant HR system.

The Eazio platform is designed to offer both management and employees their own portals that can be accessed online or through our mobile app. It takes 2 minutes to get started.

The Story So Far

We launched Eazio publicly in early 2023 in the UAE, our initial phase of the launch was aimed at speaking with industry experts and gathering feedback from businesses in a variety of industries. User feedback was hugely important to us and it’s helped us shape what Eazio is today and where we are heading in the future.

I’m delighted to share some of the updates with you.

Eazio Version 1.1 Updates

Onboarding:

We have streamlined the Eazio onboarding process you can create an account in minutes and get access to a week free trial. No need for time-constraining onboarding meetings or ridiculous implementation fees.

Eazio also allows you to quickly upload your entire list of employees to the system, you can then choose to manually or automatically onboard them with an email invite.

Dashboards:

We’ve created dashboards that get straight to the point!

  • Comprehensive dashboards providing detailed insights into the likes of attendance, payroll, time-off, onboarding.
  • Attendance and absent graphs for quick performance assessment.
  • Leave requests, upcoming birthdays, upcoming joining anniversaries, and other relevant information are all available without any manual input.

People / Employees:

  • Our people module gives you an organised view of every employee with general details and personal profiles.
  • Update or add benefits per employee, view individual attendance performance.
  • Create custom fields so you can gather information specific to your business.

Employee Portal and Profile View:

  • Each employee gets access to their own detailed employee profiles with personal details, employment details, Bank/PF details and access to view their leave statements.

Schedules:

  • Enhanced schedule management allowing admins to create shifts and assign them to employees.
  • Admins can view and assign shifts to employees using an intuitive calendar view.
  • Creation of shift schedule templates, making time management a breeze!

Time Off:

  • Simplified time-off management allowing admins to create leave types to match their internal processes (Maternity, paternity sick, etc.).
  • Admins can now approve/reject leave requests, view approved leaves in a convenient calendar view.

Payroll Management is now here!

  • Introducing a dedicated Payroll Settings section, empowering admins to configure pay periods for precise payroll processing.

Payroll Insights:

  • Offering a comprehensive overview of payroll records for each employee, including key metrics such as total payroll amount, additional earnings, and deductions.

CRUD Finance Information:

  • Admins can seamlessly view and edit crucial finance details for specific employees, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

Add Salary Functionality:

  • Streamlining salary management with a user-friendly form to add gross salary, additional earnings, and deductions.

Payroll Approval:

  • Providing a comprehensive summary of payroll details for admins to review, approve, and confirm before executing the payroll cycle.

Salary Information for the Employee Portal:

  • Empowering employees with easy access to salary statements for individual or bulk downloads.
